THANKS to 3d Lacrosse! And YOU!

TODAY WAS AWESOME!

Thank you to everyone that made this clinic for WRA BOYS AND GIRLS a special event! 

Thank you to 3d Lacrosse's Bart Sullivan.

Thank you to WRA players that worked hard for three solid hours.

And, of course, the parents for the fantastic team feed! 

Great way to kickoff the 2012 Season!

I hope you're all as excited as I am about the season - and SPRING BREAK with 3d Lacrosse!

  1. I learned some basic skills of Lacrosse.

  2. I appreciated the 4 v 5 drill from behind the cage. I think it helped the overall efficiency of the slides and my understanding of that man down situation.

  4. I learned how to properly defend dodges from X, using the back pedal technique instead of turning my hips.
